These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to https://nooreveda.com/ and your purchase of products from Noor’ E Veda. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Returns Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

1. About Noor’ E Veda

Noor’ E Veda offers handcrafted, small-batch Ayurvedic soaps and bath-and-body essentials, including bath salts, facial bombs, and gift hampers. The brand is operated from Rajasthan, India.

“You” means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• If you order for someone else, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
• You confirm that information you provide (name, address, phone, payment) is accurate and complete.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect fraud, resale abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

3. Products and Handmade Nature

Our products are made in small batches with natural and Ayurvedic ingredients such as plant butters, oils, botanicals, and traditional actives (for example goat milk, shea butter, manjistha, saffron, rose, lavender, as listed on each product page).

Please understand:

• Colour, swirl, texture, aroma intensity, and exact weight can vary slightly from listing photographs
• Natural ingredients may deepen or soften in colour over time
• Heat during transit in summer can soften a bar; this is not automatically a defect
• Ingredient lists and net weights on the product page and on the physical label are the reference

We reserve the right to change ingredients, packaging, or product names. Material changes to a product you already ordered will be honoured as the version described at checkout, or we will contact you.

4. Not Medical Advice

Content on the website — including “shop by concern” labels (de-tan, stress, pigmentation, anti-aging & acne, anti-bacterial, and similar), rituals, and ingredient stories — is for general information and mindful self-care only.

It is not a medical diagnosis, prescription, or guarantee of a result.

• Patch-test every product on a small area before full use
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs
• Consult a qualified doctor or dermatologist if you are pregnant, nursing, have a skin condition, or are treating a child
• Keep products away from eyes, and keep soaps and bath products out of reach of small children except under adult supervision

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation and/or dispatch the goods.
• Prices are shown in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise and may include or exclude GST as displayed at checkout.
• We may correct obvious pricing errors even after you submit an order. If the corrected price is higher, we will ask before proceeding.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, COD if offered). Availability of COD may be limited by location and order value.
• For COD, the exact amount must be paid to the courier. Failed COD attempts may lead to cancellation.
• Promotional codes are single-use unless stated, cannot usually be combined, and may be withdrawn at any time.

We are not responsible for extra bank, FX, or payment-gateway charges levied by your provider.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer shipping within India and, where stated, worldwide.
• Dispatch timelines on product pages are estimates, not guarantees.
• Title and risk pass to you when the courier marks the parcel delivered to the address you gave, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
• You must enter a complete address and a reachable phone number. We are not liable for delay or loss caused by an incomplete address, locked gate, or unanswered calls.
• International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import rules in the destination country. We cannot predict clearance time.

Tracking details are shared when the courier generates an AWB.

7. Refunds, Returns, and Unboxing Video

All refunds, replacements, and returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

By placing an order you agree that:

• A complete, uncut unboxing video of the sealed parcel is mandatory proof for any refund or return request
• Hygiene and personal-care products that are opened and used without a verified defect at unboxing cannot be returned
• Claims must be raised within the time stated in that Policy

The Refund and Returns Policy is part of these Terms.

8. User Account and Website Use

If you create an account, you must keep your password confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Copy, scrape, or republish product photography, copy, or ritual content for commercial use without written permission
• Attempt to break security, overload the site, or interfere with checkout
• Post false reviews or abusive messages
• Resell our products as if you were an authorised distributor without a written partnership

We may suspend access if these rules are broken.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on nooreveda.com — brand name, logo, product names, photographs, packaging design, texts, and graphics — is owned by Noor’ E Veda or used under licence. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

“Noor’ E Veda”, “Noor’E Veda”, and related marks are brand identifiers of the business. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Reviews and User Content

If you send reviews, photos, or social tags:

• You confirm the content is yours and does not infringe others’ rights
• You grant us a royalty-free licence to use that content on our website, social media, and packaging stories
• We may hide reviews that are abusive, irrelevant, or appear fake

Unboxing videos sent for claims are used only to assess the claim and for related record-keeping, as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:

• Products are supplied for personal, non-commercial use
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including lost gifts, delayed events, or business loss)
• Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order
• We are not liable for courier delay caused by weather, strikes, customs, or events outside our reasonable control
• We are not liable for skin reaction where a patch test was not done, or where ingredients listed on the product were not checked against a known allergy

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Noor’ E Veda against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemic, war, government action, utility failure, raw-material shortage, or courier collapse. We will resume performance as soon as reasonably possible or cancel and refund the affected portion.

14. Third-Party Services

Payment gateways, couriers, and Instagram are independent. Their terms apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

15. Changes to the Website and to These Terms

We may update products, prices, and these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page on the date you place an order applies to that order. Please read the Terms before every purchase.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We encourage you to write to us first so we can resolve the issue amicably.

17. Miscellaneous

• If one clause is held invalid, the rest remains in force.
• Our failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.
• You may not assign your order without our consent. We may assign the business to a successor.
• These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund and Returns Policy are the complete agreement for website use and product sales.
